There is a deep rift in our communities. The relationship between Man, Woman & Child is out of order which is why our communities are suffering. Many insights and solutions to the problems running rampant in our homes, schools and communities can be found in scriptures like the Bible and the Qur’an if we can get past the way religion has been abused to manipulate and oppress people.

One big problem that must be solved is small minded thinking. Many of us as adults have become content with pretending to be players in video games or watching athletes and rap/rock stars live out our dreams. “Players don’t Build World’s. Players entertain World Builders.” Min. Farrakhan

There are some tough conversations that need to take place in order for humanity to evolve & progress to a higher plane of consciousness and thinking. Four major impediments to Self Improvement and Community Development have been identified: Nationalism, Racism, Sexism and Materialism. These are mindsets that every human being possesses. Male or Female, Black or White some more than others.
